When your 5th wheel's onboard LP tanks run low during an extended stay, the traditional fix is an inconvenient one: unhitch, move the rig to a refill station, then re-level and re-setup everything. The MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay system was designed specifically to eliminate that hassle.
With this kit, you attach the high-capacity red Type 1 tank connector to an auxiliary LP cylinder you already own, snap the Model 250 quick-disconnect plug into the Sturgi-Stay fitting on your rig, and your propane appliances draw from the auxiliary supply -- no wrenches, no leak-down test, no repositioning the coach.
Model 250 quick-disconnect coupling makes and breaks the LP connection without wrenches or thread tape. Internal valve seals automatically when disconnected.

The Sturgi-Stay is MB Sturgis's proprietary quick-disconnect LP coupling platform designed for 5th wheels and travel trailers. Unlike generic QD fittings, the male #600 connection and Model 250 coupling are matched to flow capacity and sealing geometry specific to RV high-pressure propane circuits. The fitting locks positively under pressure and releases cleanly with a single-hand pull when the supply valve is closed.
