Ultra-Fab's exclusive double-nut design allows faster extension and retraction, while fine screw threads make manual adjustment easier. Large bowtie-style footpads provide more than 40 sq. in. of ground contact to improve stability and help resist sinking on softer surfaces.

These scissor jacks are intended to stabilize and support a parked RV after it has been properly leveled. Do not use them as the primary means of lifting the trailer or motorhome.

For powered extension and retraction, the jacks can be operated with optional Ultra-Fab Speed Socket #48-979005 and a compatible drill. Ultra-Fab states that extension or retraction can typically be completed in under five seconds with this setup.
