The BAL 24002D is the Deluxe 24" scissor jack set — BAL's most popular heavy-duty stabilizing jack for travel trailers and fifth wheels. Each jack in the set delivers 7,500 lbs. of static load capacity and extends from a closed height of 4" to a full 23-3/4", covering the range of most trailer frame heights without shimming.
The defining feature of the Deluxe (D) series over the Classic (C) series is the tooth gear design on all scissor arms, which ensures perfectly straight-line vertical extension and retraction — the jack doesn't walk or rack to one side during cranking. Each jack includes its own channel-supported frame mounting plate and a large 5" x 8" rectangular steel base plate for stable ground contact. The double lead acme thread drive screw is designed for fast operation — the handle turns quickly during free travel and the swivel socket on the included 20037 crank handle allows cranking at an angle when access is tight.
