The Specialty Recreation SL1430C is a direct replacement rectangular skylight for RVs with 14"×30" roof openings — a long, narrow format commonly found over shower stalls and bathtubs in larger Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels. The elongated 30" dimension delivers a generous strip of natural overhead light to spaces that benefit most from it.

The approved elastomeric sealant included with this skylight is specifically compatible with polycarbonate. Do not substitute self-leveling lap sealants (such as Dicor or similar) — these contain chemicals that react with polycarbonate and can cause cracking and failure of the dome.
The Specialty Recreation Inc. product warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation. The 14"×30" opening is a less common size found primarily over showers and tubs in larger motorhomes. Measure your actual rough opening carefully before ordering. Rough Opening: 14" L × 30" W Outer Flange: 17-1/2" L × 33-1/2" W Also check the outer flange of the existing skylight when replacing — the new flange must cover any sealant marks or weathered areas around the opening.
