Patented variable-speed technology on shore power. Virtually silent, just-like-home pressure at 4.5 GPM. No accumulator needed. Freshwater use only. 2-Year warranty. Made in the USA.
The 55AQUAJET-WVS45-115 brings the full power of Remco's patented AquaJet variable-speed technology to 115 VAC shore power systems. For RV owners who want the premium, whisper-quiet performance the AquaJet Series is known for — without drawing from their 12V or 24V battery bank — this is the definitive choice.
Unlike conventional on/off pressure switch pumps, the AquaJet's smart variable-speed controller continuously monitors system demand and adjusts motor speed to hold steady 65 PSI pressure at every fixture. Whether someone is running a single faucet at a trickle or running the shower and kitchen sink simultaneously, the pump responds fluidly — no banging, no pulsing, no rapid switching noise. The exclusive soft-start feature further eliminates the startup surge that wakes people up in the middle of the night.
At 4.5 GPM, the WVS45-115 slots between the efficiency-focused AES models and the high-volume 5.3 GPM ARV models, making it a well-rounded choice for medium-to-large rigs on shore power where battery conservation is not a concern but quiet performance absolutely is.
⚠️ Important: Do not use an accumulator tank with this pump. If one is already installed in your system, bypass or remove it before operating the AquaJet. See the warning below for details.
Patented smart controller adjusts motor speed continuously to maintain steady 65 PSI — no cycling, no pulsation
Runs directly off campsite or dock power — keeps your 12V battery bank fully reserved for other needs
Soft-start and variable speed eliminate startup surges and rapid cycling — dramatically quieter than conventional pumps
Factory tested dry for 3 continuous hours with no component defects — built for real-world reliability
The AquaJet variable-speed pump must not be used with any accumulator tank or pulsation dampener. The AquaJet's controller senses flow — not pressure — to determine when to shut off. An accumulator stores pressurized water and masks the end of a flow event, causing the pump to keep running after all demand has stopped. This builds dangerous levels of pressure that can damage the pump, pipes, and fittings. If an accumulator tank is currently installed in your system, bypass or remove it entirely before installing this pump. The AquaJet's variable-speed technology eliminates pulsation naturally — no accumulator is needed or beneficial.
The 55AQUAJET-WVS45-115 is rated for intermittent duty only. Do not run continuously beyond the recommended duty cycle: • Maximum runtime: 30–45 minutes of continuous operation • Required cool-down: 20 minutes off before resuming Normal on-demand RV use — filling tanks, running fixtures, showers — falls comfortably within this cycle. Extended scenarios such as filling a large holding tank from empty in a single session should be managed with brief rest periods. The pump's built-in thermal protection will automatically shut it down if temperatures exceed 185°F.
The 55AQUAJET-WVS45-115 is built for AC-powered freshwater systems where quiet, consistent pressure is the priority: RV & Coach (Primary Use): • Motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers on campsite shore power • Full-time RV living where home-like water pressure is non-negotiable • Any rig where 12V battery conservation is a priority • Multi-fixture use — running shower, sink, and toilet simultaneously Alternative & General Use: • Off-grid cabins and structures with AC power from generator or inverter • General industrial freshwater delivery on 115 VAC circuits • Alternative energy systems with sufficient AC output
Remove any accumulator tank before installing. This is the most critical pre-installation step. 1. Remove Accumulator (If Present): Bypass or remove any existing accumulator tank or pulsation dampener from the system before proceeding. 2. Mount the Pump: Install in any orientation using the industry-standard mounting footprint. Mount to a solid surface for best noise isolation. 3. Connect Plumbing: Attach inlet and outlet lines to the ¾" Quick Attach ports using the included QTS-556 fittings. Apply Teflon tape to all ½" MNPT threads. Ensure the outlet check valve is oriented correctly in the flow direction. 4. Electrical Connection: Connect the 14 AWG leads to your 115 VAC supply — red to L1, black to neutral. Install the included 10 Amp AGC fuse in-line on the hot lead as close to the power source as possible. 5. Prime & Test: Restore power and open a faucet to prime. The soft-start controller will ramp up smoothly. Check all connections and verify the check valve is functioning before putting the system into regular service.
