The VersaHaul VH-LG RK is a ramp kit designed to add loading convenience to the VH-LG Lawn and Garden Carrier. These spring-loaded ramps feature a center-folding design that allows them to easily fold into an upright position when not in use, keeping them out of the way and reducing rear overhang. The spring tension mechanism makes deployment and storage effortless - simply pull down to use or release to fold up.
Each ramp measures 60" long x 8" wide, providing a gentle loading angle for lawn mowers, garden tractors, ATVs, and other lawn and garden equipment up to 700 lbs capacity. The ramps are constructed with durable powder coat finish to prevent rust and corrosion. The complete kit includes two center-folding ramps with all necessary hardware: spring brackets, hinge brackets, hinge pins, and springs. Install hinge pins through ramp hinges and brackets. Mount spring brackets to carrier and connect springs to ramps. Adjust spring tension for proper folding action. Follow complete VH-LG RK instruction booklet for detailed assembly. Using the Ramps: To deploy ramps, pull down from upright position - springs provide controlled descent. Load equipment up ramps onto carrier. After loading, lift ramps up - springs assist in folding to upright storage position. Ramps fold at center for compact storage when not in use. Important: Do not exceed 700 lbs capacity. Ensure equipment is properly secured to carrier with tie-down straps after loading. Check spring tension and hardware tightness before each use.
