The BAL 29056B is the short-profile foot pad for BAL tongue jacks equipped with a 2" inner diameter leg. It slips over the bottom of the jack leg and is secured with the included retaining pin, providing a wider base footprint that prevents the jack from digging into soft dirt, sand, or grass when the trailer is parked.
Despite the "2,000 lb." reference in its name, the 29056B is rated by BAL for use on jacks with capacities up to 5,000 lbs. — the 2,000 lb. designation refers to the jack's leg diameter, not a load limit of the pad itself. It is the direct short-pad companion to the 29055B extended foot pad, and fits the same range of BAL A-frame sidewind and topwind tongue jacks that use a 2" inner tube.

The 29056B fits jacks with a 2" inner / 2-1/4" outer leg diameter. BAL's 1,000 lb. tongue jacks use a smaller 1-7/8" inner tube and require the 29050 / 29050B foot pad instead. Ordering the wrong pad for your leg size will result in a poor or loose fit. Check your jack's tube diameter before purchasing.
