The Remco 53REBEL-JRV is the entry-level model in the PowerRV Rebel Series — delivering 3.2 GPM at 60 PSI with all the professional-grade engineering the Rebel line is known for. For smaller RVs, campers, and trailers where a single faucet or modest multi-fixture demand is the norm, the 53REBEL-JRV provides the same premium build quality, Flow IQ dual pressure control, and run-dry reliability as the higher-flow models — at the most accessible price point in the lineup.
Like all Rebel Series pumps, the 53REBEL-JRV features Flow IQ dual pressure control technology — a system that actively dampens switch cycles, eliminating the rapid on/off pulsing and water hammer common with conventional single-pressure-switch designs. The result is smoother water delivery, quieter operation, and less wear on the pressure switch and motor over time.
Built from American-made components, 100% factory tested, and backed by a fully sealed motor with thermal overload protection, the 53REBEL-JRV handles the repeated start/stop demands of daily RV, marine, and off-grid freshwater use with ease.
Note: All Rebel Series pumps look identical externally. The differences between the 53, 54, and 55 REBEL models are internal — flow rate and pressure control tuning. Verify you have the correct model number before installing.

The 53REBEL-JRV is rated for intermittent duty only. Observe the following runtime guidelines: • Maximum runtime: 30–45 minutes of continuous operation • Required cool-down: 20 minutes off before resuming Normal on-demand RV use — showers, sinks, toilet flushing, and general fixture use — falls comfortably within this cycle. The pump's built-in thermal protection will automatically shut it down if temperatures rise too high, but observing the duty cycle limits ensures long-term reliability and full warranty coverage.

A typical Rebel Series installation takes 1–2 hours. 1. Mount the Pump: Secure to a solid floor or structural surface using the rubber noise-dampening base. Use #10 screws (1.5" long) with washers — tighten until the screw heads just touch the washers without compressing the rubber grommets. 2. Connect Plumbing: Thread the included QTS-556 fittings into your existing ½" MNPT plumbing lines with Teflon tape, then snap the ¾" Quick Attach hoses onto the pump's inlet and outlet ports. 3. Electrical Connection: Connect the pump leads to your 12V DC supply — the heavier 10 AWG pump wiring handles the full 15A load. Install an appropriate fuse as close to the power source as possible. A relay is recommended for most RV installations. 4. Prime & Test: Open a faucet and briefly power the pump to purge air from the lines. The Flow IQ dual pressure control will engage and disengage smoothly. Check all connections for leaks at operating pressure. The 53REBEL-JRV is covered by Remco Industries' 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of manufacture (or 1 year from date of purchase with proof of purchase). Remco will repair or replace, at their discretion, any unit found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty does NOT cover: • Misuse, abuse, misapplication, or external damage • Products altered outside the Remco factory • Normal wear, brush wear (may be limited to 1,000 hours), or appearance • Pumps not compliant with Remco Engineering Standards Warranty returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Remco prior to shipping any product back.
