Lippert / Brennan 6000 PSI Rated Part No. 141087 / FS6804-04-04-04 Lippert 141087 Brennan 1/4" Hydraulic Run Tee Fitting for Level Up and LCI Leveling Systems

A direct-replacement hydraulic run tee fitting engineered for Lippert Level Up motorized, LCI motorized, and LCI Class C hydraulic leveling systems. Built from high-pressure carbon steel with a carbon-zinc protective coating, this fitting handles up to 6000 PSI and uses industry-standard O-ring face seal and O-ring boss thread ends to maintain leak-free connections in demanding RV hydraulic circuits. Sold individually.

The Right Fitting for Lippert Hydraulic Leveling Systems

When a hydraulic line tee fails or needs replacement in your Level Up or LCI leveling system, using the correct fitting is critical. The wrong thread type or pressure rating can introduce leaks, restrict flow, or cause component damage. Lippert part 141087 -- also cataloged under the Brennan fitting number FS6804-04-04-04 -- is the OEM-spec run tee for these systems, so fitment and pressure compatibility are guaranteed right out of the box.

This is a 1/4" run tee configuration, meaning fluid passes straight through from End 1 to End 2 while End 3 branches off at 90 degrees. The combination of Male O-Ring Boss (ORB) on one end and Male O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) on the remaining ends ensures compatibility with the port styles found throughout Lippert's hydraulic manifolds and cylinder lines.

6000 PSI Max Pressure

Rated for the high operating pressures found in motorized hydraulic leveling circuits -- well above the working range of typical RV leveling systems.

Three-Port Run Tee Design

Inline run tee routes fluid straight through while branching a 1/4" line off the side -- ideal for splitting or tapping hydraulic circuits without dead-end pressure buildup.

High-Pressure Carbon Steel

Steel construction with carbon-zinc coating resists corrosion and handles the vibration and pressure cycles of RV hydraulic systems over years of use.

OEM Lippert Replacement

Sold under Lippert part number 141087 and Brennan FS6804-04-04-04. Drop-in replacement for Level Up and LCI leveling system hydraulic lines -- no modification required.

Thread and End Configuration

Getting the end configuration right is the most important step when ordering a hydraulic tee. This fitting uses two distinct thread and seal styles across its three ports:

  • End 1 (adjustable): Male O-Ring Boss (ORB) with 7/16-20 SAE thread. ORB fittings thread into a smooth female port and seal on an O-ring seated at the boss -- common on hydraulic pump and manifold ports in Lippert systems.
  • End 2: Male O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS / flat face). The O-ring seals against a flat machined surface on the mating fitting, providing a bubble-tight connection resistant to vibration-induced leaks.
  • End 3: 1/4" branch port -- same ORFS-M style, providing the branch connection for the tee.

The adjustable ORB end (End 1) allows the fitting body to be repositioned rotationally and then locked down, which is useful when routing hose in tight quarters under the coach.

Also Listed As: Brennan part number FS6804-04-04-04. If you are cross-referencing from a Brennan catalog or a repair order that lists the Brennan number, this is the same fitting. Both numbers are valid for ordering and warranty purposes.

Compatible Leveling Systems

This fitting is designed for use with the following Lippert-branded hydraulic leveling system families:

  • Level Up motorized hydraulic leveling (common on Class A motorhomes)
  • LCI motorized hydraulic leveling systems
  • LCI Class C hydraulic leveling systems

If you are unsure whether this fitting applies to your specific coach, locate the hydraulic manifold or power unit and check the existing tee fittings for the ORB and ORFS thread styles described above. The 7/16-20 SAE thread call-out on the ORB end is the quickest field-verification point.

1/4" Refers to Port Size, Not Hose OD: The 1/4" designation on this fitting refers to the hydraulic line port size (dash-4 in SAE hydraulic notation), not the outside diameter of any hose. Verify your existing fitting's port size before ordering to ensure compatibility.

Installation Notes

Hydraulic fittings in leveling systems operate under high pressure. Follow these practices for a reliable, leak-free installation:

  • Relieve all system pressure before removing any existing fittings -- never loosen a hydraulic fitting on a pressurized system.
  • Inspect O-rings on mating ends before assembly. Replace any O-ring that shows cracking, flattening, or surface damage.
  • Apply a thin film of clean hydraulic fluid to O-rings before assembly to aid seating and prevent pinching.
  • Torque ORB fittings to the SAE standard for 7/16-20 thread (typically 12-14 ft-lbs for steel fittings in this size range). Do not over-torque.
  • After installation, cycle the leveling system through several extend/retract cycles and inspect all connections for weeping or seepage.
Maintenance Tip: Hydraulic fluid weeping at a tee fitting is often caused by a damaged or displaced O-ring rather than a failed fitting body. Before replacing the fitting, back it out, inspect the O-ring, and re-seat or replace it -- this resolves the majority of tee fitting leaks without requiring a new part.
Sold Individually: One (1) fitting is included per order. If your repair requires multiple tee fittings, adjust your quantity at checkout accordingly. No hose, line, or additional hardware is included.

Important Information -- Read Before Installing
  • Always depressurize the hydraulic leveling system completely before removing or installing any fittings. High-pressure hydraulic fluid injection injuries are serious and can occur without visible fluid spray.
  • This fitting is designed for hydraulic oil service only. Do not use in air, water, fuel, or other fluid systems.
  • Maximum rated operating pressure is 6000 PSI. Do not exceed this rating under any circumstances.
  • Verify your existing fitting's thread style (ORB vs. ORFS) and port size (1/4" / SAE -04) before installation. Installing an incorrect fitting can result in immediate or delayed leaks under pressure.
  • One (1) fitting is included. No O-rings, hose, hydraulic fluid, or tools are included.
  • This fitting is intended for use with Lippert Level Up motorized, LCI motorized, and LCI Class C hydraulic leveling systems. Compatibility with non-Lippert hydraulic systems is not guaranteed.
  • Warranty coverage requires installation and use per Lippert's published guidelines for hydraulic leveling systems.
