The MaxxAir 00-04500K MaxxFan Plus is MaxxAir's fully-loaded 14"×14" powered roof vent — combining a wireless remote, built-in thermostat, automatic rain sensor, powered electric lid, and a 10-speed reversible fan that moves over 900 CFM in either direction. Whether you're cooling down after a hot day, clearing steam from a shower, or just circulating air on a comfortable evening, the MaxxFan Plus gives you complete hands-free control from anywhere in your RV.
The smoke-tinted lid lets in a comfortable amount of natural light while still providing privacy and UV filtering. Twin lifting arms eliminate the lid flutter that plagues cheaper vents in crosswinds or at highway speed. And when the rain sensor detects moisture, the lid closes automatically and the fan shuts off — protecting your interior without any action required. One remote can even operate multiple 00-04500K units simultaneously if your RV has more than one.

Roof Opening: Fits all standard 14" × 14" RV roof vent openings — direct replacement for most existing vents. Sealant Required: Roof sealant must be purchased separately. A self-leveling lap sealant (such as Sikaflex 715 or equivalent) is recommended to seal around the mounting flange. Do not use silicone sealants on rubber roofs. Wiring: 12V DC power. Follow included installation instructions for wiring the remote receiver, keypad, and rain sensor connections. Multiple Fan Control: One wireless remote can operate multiple 00-04500K fans — useful for RVs with more than one MaxxFan Plus installed.
