Unlike standard 12V DC pumps, the 55REBEL-65C plugs directly into a standard 110–120 VAC household-style circuit via its included 6-foot cord and 3-prong plug — making it an ideal upgrade for shore power setups, cabins, or any freshwater system fed by AC power. A dual pressure control system actively dampens switch cycling, further extending the life of both the pump and the pressure switch.

The 55REBEL-65C is designed for freshwater applications only. Do not use with saltwater, chemicals, oils, or any fluid other than clean potable water. Ensure your circuit is properly fused — Remco recommends a 5 Amp fuse on the supply line. The pump draws a maximum of 3 Amps at 55 PSI operating pressure. This is an intermittent duty motor. Avoid extended continuous-run scenarios beyond normal on-demand RV use. Maximum motor shell temperature is 180°F.

A typical Rebel Series installation takes 1–2 hours. Professional installation is recommended for those unfamiliar with low-voltage electrical wiring and RV plumbing. 1. Choose a Location: Mount the pump close to the freshwater tank. The pump can self-prime up to 14 feet vertically, giving you flexibility in placement. 2. Secure the Pump: Use the noise-dampening rubber base and mount with #10 screws (1.5" long with washers). Do not overtighten — stop when screw heads just touch washers to avoid compressing the rubber grommets. 3. Connect Plumbing: Attach inlet and outlet lines to the ¾" Quick Attach female ports. Use Teflon tape on all threaded connections for a leak-free seal. 4. Electrical Connection: Plug the 6-foot 3-prong cord into a standard 110–120 VAC outlet on your shore power circuit. Ensure the circuit is protected by a 5 Amp fuse or breaker. 5. Prime & Test: Briefly run the pump to purge air from the lines. Check all connections for leaks and verify proper pressure switch operation.

The 55REBEL-65C is covered by Remco Industries' 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of manufacture (or 1 year of use with proof of purchase). Remco will repair or replace, at their discretion, any product found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty does NOT cover: • Misuse, abuse, misapplication, or external water damage • Products altered outside the Remco factory • Pumps ordered without an integral pressure control mechanism • Normal wear, brush wear, or appearance Warranty service requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Remco prior to returning any product.
