This brake controller wiring kit is designed for vehicles that do not have an included towing prep package, giving you everything needed to splice into your vehicle's wiring system and install a Curt trailer brake controller.
It includes 10-gauge duplex wire, 10-gauge cross-linked wire, a 30-amp circuit breaker, ring terminals, butt connectors, and cable ties. This kit is compatible with systems using 2, 4, 6, or 8 brakes (1-4 axles), and is designed for use with Curt's quick plug harnesses #51515 or #51516, which are sold separately. It works with any Curt trailer brake controller equipped with a quick plug connector.
