The EQ Systems 2047K is the current production replacement pressure switch for EQ Systems hydraulic lifting and leveling pump assemblies. Rated at 1200 PSI, this new style switch uses two threaded studs for wire attachment — replacing the older push-on terminal design — and is fully backwards compatible with systems that originally used the old-style pressure switch.
The pressure switch monitors system pressure and signals the pump to stop when the target pressure is reached, protecting the hydraulic system from over-pressurization. A failed or out-of-calibration switch can cause the pump to run continuously, fail to hold jacks in position, or prevent the leveling system from functioning properly.
The pressure switch monitors hydraulic system pressure and cuts power to the pump motor when the set pressure (1200 PSI) is reached. This stops the pump automatically once jacks are fully extended or the system is under load. Common symptoms of a failed pressure switch: • Pump runs continuously and won't shut off • Jacks slowly drift or fail to hold position • System does not build pressure to full capacity • Leveling system is unresponsive or erratic If you are unsure whether the pressure switch is the cause of your system issue, contact EQ Systems technical support before ordering.
The 2047K is the new style pressure switch featuring two threaded studs for wire attachment. The old style switch used push-on spade terminals. The 2047K is backwards compatible — it installs in the same location and connects to the same wiring as the old style switch. If your system originally had an old style pressure switch, the 2047K replaces it directly with no modifications needed.
