The smallest pump in the Remco lineup — compact, lightweight, and field-proven for 15+ years. Perfect for spot spraying. Under 2 lbs. 3⁄8" hose barb ports. Not for potable water. Made in the USA.
Don't let the compact dimensions of the Economy Plus 2200 Series fool you — this is the smallest pump in the Remco lineup, but it's hardened, field-proven, and built to the same Professional Grade standards as every other pump Remco makes. With over 15 years of proven performance in the field, the 2200 Series Economy Plus has earned its place as the go-to spot sprayer pump for applications where high flow rates aren't needed but reliability, simplicity, and low cost of operation are essential.
At 1.0 GPM and 40 PSI in a package weighing under 2 lbs, the 2240-1B1-10E-SB is purpose-built for handheld sprayers, small ATV spot spray systems, backpack-style spray rigs, and any application where a compact, reliable 12V pump with industry-standard 3⁄8" hose barb connections is needed. The integrated pump head design requires minimal labor to service or replace components, and the universal mounting pattern fits virtually any existing spray system.
⚠️ Important: This pump is not listed for potable water use and must never be used with gasoline or any petroleum products.

One of Remco's longest-running pump designs — trusted reliability built into a compact, simple package
The Remco 2240-1B1-10E-SB is not listed or approved for potable water use. Do not use this pump in any system where the fluid may be consumed by humans or animals. This pump must NEVER be used with gasoline, diesel, or any petroleum-based products. Use only with water-based agricultural chemicals, liquid fertilizers, and other compatible non-flammable fluids.
The Economy Plus 2200 Series is ideal for low-flow spot spray and compact fluid delivery applications: Agricultural & Chemical: • Handheld and backpack spot sprayers • Small ATV spot spray systems • Liquid fertilizer application at low volumes • Soft washing and bleach application • Herbicide and insecticide spot treatment Industrial & General Use: • Water treatment and RO support applications • Automotive fluid transfer at low flow • Dust suppression — small-scale • Beverage/food service fluid delivery • General industrial low-flow applications
Compact and simple — most installations take under 30 minutes. 1. Mount the Pump: Use the universal mounting pattern to secure the pump to your sprayer frame, ATV rack, or mounting surface. The compact footprint fits virtually any existing spray system location. 2. Connect Hoses: Push your 3⁄8" hoses onto the inlet and outlet hose barb ports. Secure each hose with an appropriate hose clamp — do not overtighten on the plastic barbs. 3. Electrical Connection: Connect the 2-pin SAE connector to your 12V supply. For switched control, wire through your existing sprayer on/off switch or relay. The pump draws only 4 Amps, so it can often be run directly off a small switch on 12V accessory circuits. 4. Prime & Test: Open the spray nozzle to allow the pump to prime. With only a 4 ft maximum prime height, ensure the pump is mounted close to the fluid source. Check hose clamps for leaks at operating pressure.
