The Bilstein 33-185347 B6 4600 Series Rear Shock Absorber is a direct-fit OE upgrade for the first-generation Ford F-350 Super Duty — covering the 1999 through 2004 model years in single rear wheel (SRW) configuration. The 33-185347 is for F-350 Super Duty models with single rear wheel (SRW) configuration only — one tire per rear corner. Not compatible with F-350 Super Duty models equipped with dual rear wheels (DRW) — two tires per rear corner. DRW models require a different rear shock. Check your rear axle configuration before ordering. SRW is also commonly referred to as "Single Wheel" or "Cab & Chassis" in some configurations; DRW is commonly called "Dually."
Sold Individually: One shock absorber per package. Order qty 2 for a complete rear axle replacement. Stock Height Only: The B6 4600 Series is for stock-height applications only.
