The BAL 24210 PowerPak is the upgrade kit that converts any compatible BAL scissor jack or C-series stabilizing jack from manual crank operation to 12V powered operation — without replacing the jacks themselves. If you already have BAL scissor jacks or C-Jacks installed and want the convenience of push-button deployment and retraction, this is the add-on that makes it happen.
The kit includes two lightweight, high-RPM sealed motors — one per jack — along with two rocker switches with built-in circuit breakers and two sets of mounting brackets (one set for scissor jacks, one set for C-Jacks). The motors are designed for quick lowering and raising only, bringing the jacks to ground contact or back to the closed position rapidly. For fine leveling adjustments requiring more torque than the motor provides, or in the event of a power failure, each motor includes a manual override that allows continued hand operation.

Wiring requirements: The 24210 does not include wiring. You will need to run 12V wiring from your trailer's battery or 12V power source to each switch and motor. Minimum 10 AWG wire is recommended for proper performance. Power tool caution: Do not use a cordless impact wrench on the PowerPak motors. Use the included rocker switch for powered operation, or the manual override for hand operation. Impact wrench use can damage the motor and void any applicable warranty. Fine leveling: The PowerPak is designed for quick lowering and raising. Use the manual override for precise fine-leveling adjustments where controlled torque is needed.
The 24210 PowerPak is an add-on for manual BAL scissor jacks and C-Jacks only. It is not intended for use with or as a replacement for the BAL Powered C-Jack system (21100005), which uses a completely different motor and mounting design.
