The Remco R880SS is the highest-output pump in the RollMax Series, delivering up to 24.5 GPM through its 8-roller design — the most powerful configuration Remco offers in this line. Paired with a stainless steel body for superior corrosion resistance, the R880SS is purpose-built for operators running chemical sprays, herbicides, fertilizers, and other corrosive agricultural liquids at maximum volume and scale.
The R880SS runs on a larger 15/16" shaft with 1" FNPT ports to accommodate the higher flow demands of heavy-duty PTO sprayer rigs. And like every pump in the RollMax family, it's built on Remco's Rebuild Ready platform — fully serviceable in the field in minutes with nothing more than a wrench, without touching the drive shaft or plumbing. For operators who prefer a complete kit, the cast iron R880C-TAK is also available with torque arm, chain, and coupler bundled in.

The R880SS stays mounted to the drive shaft and plumbing throughout the entire rebuild process. All you need is a wrench: Step 1: Loosen and remove the 4 cap bolts Step 2: Slide the pump's endplate off the shaft carefully Step 3: Inspect and replace worn rollers using the R880RK repair kit; lubricate shaft seal before reinstalling Step 4: Reinstall the endplate and cap bolts Step 5: RollMax is ready to spray Keep the R880RK Universal Repair Kit on hand for fast, no-downtime field rebuilds.

The R880SS is configured for Counter-Clockwise (CCW) rotation only. Confirm your PTO drive shaft rotation direction before installation. Running the pump in the wrong direction will result in poor performance and accelerated wear. Use of the RMTAC Torque Bar and Chain is recommended to prevent pump rotation on PTO-mounted installations.
