The Carefree SR0113 is a purpose-built adhesive LED light strip that mounts directly to your awning roller tube -- no drilling, no wiring expertise required. With both 110V AC plug-and-play and 12V DC options included, it works whether you are plugged into shore power or running on battery. The included RF remote lets you set three brightness levels from your camp chair.
The SR0113 is designed specifically for standard RV awning roller tubes. The adhesive-backed strip adheres firmly to the flat surface of the roller tube and stays in place when the awning is retracted -- no removal needed at the end of the night. For awnings shorter than 16 ft, the strip can be trimmed to length at designated cut points. For awnings longer than 16 ft (up to 21 ft), simply center the strip on the roller tube to distribute light evenly.
The waterproof RF receiver pairs with the handheld remote to give you on/off control and three dimming levels, so you can dial in the right ambiance without getting up from your seat.

Installation takes most owners under 30 minutes and requires no special tools. Clean the roller tube surface, peel the backing, and press the strip firmly along the tube. Route the power cord to your preferred outlet -- 110V AC or 12V DC. Pair the remote to the waterproof RF receiver and you are done. The LED strip is designed to remain on the roller tube when the awning is retracted; only the module and power cord need to be disconnected and tucked away for storage.
The SR0113 is designed for standard RV awnings with a round roller tube. It is not limited to Carefree-brand awnings -- the adhesive strip can mount to any flat or lightly curved roller tube surface. Two power adapters are included so you do not need to purchase additional hardware for most campground or boondocking setups.
Before retracting your awning, disconnect and remove the control module and power cord. You have two options for the LED connector:
The LED strip itself remains bonded to the roller tube and does not need to be removed when retracting. Retract the awning per your awning manufacturer's normal instructions.
