return an item? |

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number,
you can get this by email:
returns@rvupgrades.com or calling 1-866-332-7881 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.S.T.)
Please make sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number & reason for return. We also ask that you mark this return authorization number on the outside of the package you send to us & also include it in a note inside the package.
**Please note: Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All items must be brand new, and in original packaging.
**Please note: there will be a 20% restocking fee charged if the returned product has been used.
All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from date of receiving the product.
Your product purchase price will be refunded when your return arrives and is inspected by our warehouse, you will be emailed a confirmation of your return & credit.
Shipping charges are not refunded, we will refund shipping charges if the return is for a reason that was the fault of RVupgrades.com, for example (wrong product shipped, wrong color, damaged product).
