All returns must have a Return Authorization Number, you can get this by email: returns@rvupgrades.com or calling 1-866-332-7881 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.S.T.)

Please make sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number & reason for return. We also ask that you mark this return authorization number on the outside of the package you send to us & also include it in a note inside the package.
**Please note: Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All items must be brand new, and in original packaging.

All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from date of receiving the product.
