What are your shipping charges? Orders of $99 or more receive free ground shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico) If you don't reach that value you still recieve our very low shipping charge of just $8.99.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL & AMAZON PAYMENTS.

Is your shopping cart system secure? Yes, we use a state of the art credit card processing system back by GeoTrust security.

How long has this company been in business? RVupgrades.com was founded in January 2002.

How can I contact a real person? You can call us at 866-332-7881 Our office hours are 8 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri, 8 am - 7 pm Tues-Wed-Thu and 8 am - 12 pm Sat Eastern Standard Time. We also monitor email during that same period.

Where is my order? Our order confirmation emails contain a link to your order details section, your Order Status & tracking information will be listed in that section. How do I return an item?

How long until my order ships? Orders received prior to 12 p.m. E.S.T. will generally ship the same day if the item is in stock. If your order is placed on the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing item? Please report any damage to UPS when they deliver your package. Please inform us of any damage or missing items within 24 hours.

Do you charge taxes? Most states now require all online businesses to collect taxes on the sale of products and services. If there is tax included than that state requires us to charge it.

How do I become a vendor? We are always interested in offering new products for our customers. Please fill out our Vendor Inquiry Form to have your products evaluated.

Are your products brand new? Yes. We only sell brand new products. We do offer scratch and dent items from time to time, but these are clearly identified in the product details

Do you ship items overseas? We currently only ship to US addresses .

Can you ship Next Day Air? Yes, it is one of the options we offer on in stock products.

How long does shipping take? That depends on which warehouse your product is sent from. We strive to get you tracking details to you as soon as we possibly can, so you can track the progress and arrival of your shipment.
