The top grate on the stove isw very slick, I cannot lift the heavy iron skillets any longer. I would prefer that the underside of the grate were the top side of the grate. My husband had a pan fall off the first time he used it. I want to purchase a cover that matches and is black to allow me more counter space. I do like it but I did not have as much luck with the oven being hot enough.

Great small stove

I bought a new trailer 3 years ago, and it came with only a cook top. I purchased this model, and with minor changes to the base cabinet (I lost a storage space), the stove was a direct drop in. Oven cooks well, although seems hotter than the dial setting, the cook top is good, but the grating is slick, and light weight skillets will slide right off - use good old cast iron, and it will stay in place.
Slippery top but burners are grate.
