What are your shipping charges? Shipping Charges are calculated by the weight of the order and UPS rates are then applied unless otherwise noted on the product.

Can I order via FAX? Yes, you can fax your orders. Please include complete product details, full billing & shipping address, phone number, email address, credit card number, exp. date and full name on Card. We will reply with a confirmation of your order via phone or email. Our Fax Number is 440-942-2102.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, & PAYPAL. We also accept Money Orders via mail and Checks by Phone.

How long until my order ships? Orders received prior to 1 p.m. E.S.T. will generally ship the same day if we have the item in stock. If your order is placed on the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing item? Please report any damage to UPS when they deliver your package. Please inform us of any damage or missing items within 24 hours.

Do you charge taxes? Orders shipped to Ohio will include tax, all others will not.

Are your products brand new? Yes. We only sell brand new products. We do offer scratch and dent items from time to time, but these are clearly identified in the product details

Do you ship items overseas? We currently only ship to US addresses .

Can you ship Next Day Air? Yes, it is one of the options we offer, if the item is not in stock we will contact you for information on how to proceed.

How long does shipping take? That depends on which warehouse your product is sent from. We strive to get you tracking details to you as soon as we possible can, so you can track your shipments progress and arrival.
