RVupgrades offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy.  

Our return policy is quite simple & here are the only rules that apply.
 

• All returns must have a Return Authorization Number, you can get this by email: sales@rvupgrades.com or calling 1-866-332-7881 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.S.T.)   Please make sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number & reason for return.  We also ask that you mark this return authorization number on the outside of the package you send to us & also include it in a note inside the package.
  **Please note:  Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  
  
• All items must be brand new, and in original packaging.  
  **Please note: there will be a 20% restocking fee charged if the returned product has been used.
  
  
• All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from date of receiving the product.
  
  
• Your product purchase price will be refunded when your return arrives and is inspected by our warehouse, you will be emailed a confirmation of your return & credit.
  
  
• Shipping charges are not refunded, we will refund shipping charges if the return is for a reason that was the fault of RVupgrades.com, for example (wrong product shipped, wrong color, damaged product).
