It is like a trip back to a time when companies were proud of what they did and concerned with a customer's satisfaction. This approach has been lost in large corporate America as companies and their management hide behind call centers and low cost semi literates at the expense of the consumer...supposedly to help us save money.. We all know it is to put more money in the pockets of those already making more then their share... Well, enough of my rampage...

Today I called your order line to place an order that I needed before next weekend. I spoke with Rhonda who informed me that my order would be shipped on Monday and it may not be delivered until next Friday or Saturday. When I informed Rhonda that I was leaving on a trip on Saturday and needed the item before that time, she offered to place the order through your Indiana facility to have the order shipped today so that I could received the item as soon as possible. I am writing to let you know how impressed I am with the initiative Rhonda took to make me a satisfied customer. She took the extra time to get the order processed and even called me back to let me know the status. Previous to my retirement I was employed in the customer service department of a Fortune 500 company and would have been proud to have had Rhonda on my team. She is a definite plus in promoting quality service with your company.

Debbie, you and RVupgrades are GREAT! I'm living on my sailboat and my inverter/charger blew. That means I have no fridge, or music or cabin lights, etc. For a few days I've been running just lights and music with a standard car battery charger.... it makes me cringe. I have a new inverter/charger ordered (alas, Rvupgrades doesn't carry Magnum) but I want a backup should I ever lose the main unit again so yesterday I ordered an Iota 45 amp converter from you which you had shipped UPS Ground. I received it today and it was installed by 3:00 p.m. It works GREAT! I'm using it to power my D.C. bus and it runs everything including fridge, water pump with accumulator, lights, stereo, instruments, everything. The cooling fan has not even come on with everything on at once. It's barely warm. I love this unit. This morning I just sent my first email to a company the opposite of yours explaining why I canceled my order and would never buy from them again. Then I checked my tracking number from your company and to my astonishment, the unit was already sitting at my mail facility less than 24 hours after I ordered it. So I just thought I would let you folks know the secrete to getting a customer for life; "Don't change a thing!"

I am extremely impressed with your customer service. I wasn't even sure if I would get a response, but I send the e-mail at bedtime, and have an answer when I get up the next morning. I will be doing more shopping from you folks. More importantly, I think, is that I won't price shop around so much at other locations. Now that I know I can count on your business to deliver and to deal with me if I have a question, I won't be so concerned about a few dollars here or there on certain items.

Last week I ordered the Dirt Devil central vac for my Beaver motorhome. I spoke to Jay and was pleased to receive it some two days later. It is now installed and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product, having looked at other brands (Dometic). Installation was simple, once I decided where to locate it. The suction on this vac is terrific, with a 11.5 amp motor!
The price of the unit was well below what most RV catalogs list, including Camping World President's Club. The shipping costs were quite reasonable. I look forward to ordering from RV Upgrades in the future.
