Purchase and rebate October 17, 2012

The purchase and my rebate went as smoothly as possible.  I was out of my home state and I knew I would be entering Canada in the next few days. I spoke with a "Susan" who helped beyond what I'm sure she could do.  She made sure I got the Tow Bar in just a few days and always kept in touch via emails when I had questions or concerns.  I would like to thank her for all her help in my situation.

Works great as advertized. I ordered the optional 3" longer stinger so it extends 3" further from the MH at no added cost. Having the online manual prior to purchase helped me make the right decision on the stinger length.
