The Marshall Excelsior 1/4" F. Inverted Flare Tee Check has a check that keeps the two tanks equalized and allows each tank to be changed without disrupting the flow of propane to the appliance. These are designed to connect two cylinders.

Constructed with an O ring behind each inlet & a disk check seating into the ROS ring.
