This grill features a patented smoker plate that delivers the fullest barbecue flavor and ends lava rock grease fires. After the barbecue is preheated for 10 minutes with the lid closed, the grease drips from the meat onto the smoker plate where it is vaporized giving steaks, fish and chicken a delicious smoke flavor.
