The EQ Systems 8735UPS Smart-Level Hydraulic Leveling System is designed specifically for mid-2015 and early 2016 Jayco Redhawk Class C motorhomes. What makes installation especially straightforward for these model years is that Jayco pre-installs the leveling jack brackets and pump mount brackets at the factory — meaning this kit bolts directly onto your existing hardware with no custom fabrication required.
Using EQ's patented sequential leveling process, this system operates each leg independently to deliver a more precise, stable level position throughout the entire length of the vehicle. There are two versions of the Jayco Redhawk leveling system, and ordering the wrong one is a costly mistake. The difference is the position of the factory-installed rear jack brackets: This unit (8735UPS) — For mid-2015 and early 2016 Redhawks where the rear brackets are mounted flush with the bottom of the frame rail. Wrong unit if: You have a mid-2016, 2017, or newer model where the rear brackets are mounted approximately 3 inches lower than the frame rail — in that case you need the 8735NUPS Smart-Level System instead. Inspect your rear brackets before ordering. Please be certain you are ordering the correct system for your Redhawk.

Professional installation recommended. Installer should be familiar with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. 1. Verify Fitment: Confirm rear brackets are flush with the bottom of the frame rail — not 3" below it 2. Mount Jack Legs: Bolt front and rear 13" stroke jacks to the factory-pre-installed Jayco jack brackets — no bracket fabrication needed 3. Mount Pump: Secure the hydraulic pump to the factory pump mount bracket 4. Route & Connect Hoses: Install included hoses using the standard lengths provided; (1) 8', (3) 10', (2) 14', (1) 16' 5. Connect Harnesses: Route and connect all included wiring harnesses to the pump and Smart-Level controls 6. Fill Hydraulic Fluid: Use Dexron ATF fluid only 7. Test System: Pair the Bluetooth app, verify auto-level operation and all-retract function on all four legs
