The EQ Systems 8735NUPS Smart-Level Hydraulic Leveling System is engineered specifically for mid-2016, 2017, and newer Jayco Redhawk Class C motorhomes built on the Ford E-450 chassis. Like its companion model, this kit takes advantage of the leveling jack brackets and pump mount brackets that Jayco pre-installs at the factory — making installation a straightforward bolt-on process without custom fabrication.
The key difference from the earlier 8735UPS model is the rear bracket position: mid-2016 and newer Redhawks have their factory rear brackets mounted approximately 3 inches lower than the frame rail, and the 8735NUPS is designed to match exactly that geometry. Using EQ's patented sequential leveling process, the system operates each leg independently to deliver a precise, stable level throughout the entire coach length — all in under two minutes with one push of a button.

There are two versions of the Jayco Redhawk leveling system, and ordering the wrong one is a costly mistake. The difference is the position of the factory-installed rear jack brackets: This unit (8735NUPS) — For mid-2016, 2017, and newer Redhawks where the rear brackets are mounted approximately 3 inches lower than the frame rail. Wrong unit if: You have a mid-2015 or early 2016 model where the rear brackets are mounted flush with the bottom of the frame rail — in that case you need the 8735UPS Smart-Level System instead. Inspect your rear brackets before ordering. Please be certain you are ordering the correct system for your Redhawk.
This system is designed as a standard fit for the Ford E-450 chassis. If your Jayco Redhawk is built on a Chevy chassis, you must also order (2) Model 3646 Leveling System Mounting Brackets (3646) in addition to this kit. Failure to order the correct brackets for a Chevy chassis will prevent proper installation.

Chevy Chassis Check: If your Redhawk is on a Chevy chassis, order (2) Model 3646 Brackets before beginning 3. Mount Jack Legs: Bolt front and rear 13" stroke jacks to the factory pre-installed Jayco jack brackets 4. Mount Pump: Secure the hydraulic pump to the factory pump mount bracket 5. Route & Connect Hoses: Install included hoses per the EQ Systems fitment guide 6. Connect Harnesses: Route and connect all included wiring harnesses to the pump and Smart-Level controls 7. Fill Hydraulic Fluid: Use Dexron ATF fluid only 8. Test System: Pair the Bluetooth app, verify auto-level operation and all-retract function on all four legs
