4-point hydraulic auto-leveling for Class A gas motorhomes. 16" stroke jacks, 12,000 lbs per jack. Bluetooth-enabled. One-touch Smart-Level operation. Weld-on bracket installation.
The EQ Systems 8516UPS Smart-Level Hydraulic Leveling System is engineered for light-duty Class A gas motorhomes, delivering the same professional-grade leveling technology trusted by top RV manufacturers — now available in an installation-friendly aftermarket kit. With four heavy-duty 16" stroke jacks rated at 12,000 lbs each, this system provides ample lift capacity and reach for uneven terrain at any campsite.
Using EQ's patented sequential leveling process, the system operates each leg independently to achieve a more precise, stable level throughout the entire coach length — leveling as low to the ground as possible for maximum stability. One pump drives all four jacks, and the built-in Bluetooth capability means you can manage the entire process from your smartphone in approximately two minutes. The kit ships with weld-on mounting brackets, giving installers a solid, permanent foundation for the jack legs.
Four 16" stroke jacks rated at 12k lbs each deliver serious lifting capacity for Class A gas motorhomes
Level your coach from your iPhone or Android smartphone using the free EQ Smart Level app — no separate remote required
Patented process levels each leg independently for a precise, stable result throughout the entire coach in about two minutes
Stow all four legs simultaneously with one touch — quick and easy before every departure
This kit includes weld-on brackets to mount the jack legs and hydraulic pump to the motorhome chassis. Unlike bolt-on or clamp-on systems, this installation requires welding and should be performed by a qualified RV service technician or fabricator familiar with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. A vehicle lift or ramps will be required during installation. Front brackets are a full C-shape mounted to the outside of the frame rail; rear brackets are L-shape and mount to the inside of the frame rail.
This kit ships with (8) 20' hoses based on typical pump and jack placement for Class A motorhomes. If your pump or jack placement differs from the standard fitment guide and you require different hose lengths, pre-measure before ordering and include the required sizes in your order notes.
Professional installation required. Installer must be familiar with welding, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. A vehicle lift or ramps is required. 1. Verify Fitment: Confirm chassis clearances and pump placement before starting; pre-measure hose lengths if non-standard 2. Weld Front Brackets: Weld C-shape front brackets to the outside of the chassis frame rails at the designated front jack positions 3. Weld Rear Brackets: Weld L-shape rear brackets to the inside of the chassis frame rails at the designated rear jack positions 4. Mount Jack Legs: Attach all four 16" stroke hydraulic jacks to the welded brackets 5. Mount Pump: Secure the hydraulic pump to the chassis using the pump mount weld bracket 6. Route & Connect Hoses: Install the (8) 20' hoses from pump to jacks; use custom lengths if required 7. Connect Harnesses: Route and connect all wiring harnesses to the pump and Smart-Level controls 8. Fill Hydraulic Fluid: Use Dexron ATF fluid only 9. Test System: Enable Bluetooth, pair the EQ Smart Level app, and verify auto-level and all-retract on all four jacks
