The EQ Systems 7815 is the OEM replacement switchgear box and wiring harness for dual hydraulic jack leveling systems that have 2 switches and a round, white 4-pin connector at the pump — the point where the switchgear plugs into the hydraulic pump assembly. The 7815 includes a pump connector harness adapter to mate with the round, white 4-pin connector on the pump.
EQ Systems offers several switchgear assemblies differentiated by the number of jack switches and the connector type at the pump. Confirming both your switch count and your pump connector style before ordering is essential — the wrong switchgear will not connect to the pump correctly.
The connector type that determines which switchgear you need is located on the pump body — this is where the switchgear harness plugs in. Before ordering, inspect this connector and confirm: (1) the number of pins (4-pin vs. 6-pin) and (2) the connector shape (round vs. square). The 7815 is for pumps with a round, white 4-pin connector. If your pump has a square, white 6-pin connector, refer to part #6704 instead. Also confirm your system has 2 switches (dual jack) — if it has only 1 switch (single jack), refer to part #7814.
If your motor solenoid has two plug-in connectors (a 2-pin and a 4-pin), the solenoid will also need to be replaced. You will need to order part #7055 (Replacement Solenoid) in addition to the 7815. Check your existing solenoid connector configuration before ordering to determine whether both parts are needed.
7055 — Replacement Solenoid Required in addition to the 7815 if your motor solenoid has two plug-in connectors (a 2-pin and a 4-pin). 7814 — Single Switch Control, Round White 4-Pin Same round white 4-pin pump connector, but for single jack systems with 1 switch. 6704 — Dual Switch Control, Square White 6-Pin For dual jack systems with 2 switches and a square, white 6-pin pump connector.
