The 7234 includes a plunger style leg switch pre-installed at the bottom of the jack leg cylinder, making it the correct replacement for DP 18 installations on systems that use individual leg switches on each jack to report jack position to the control panel. Jack legs are powder-coated for durability and corrosion resistance. The foot pad is not included and must be ordered separately — the DP 18 uses the larger 12" × 12" foot pad (part #7821) to match its higher load capacity.
