The EQ Systems 1762 is the OEM replacement hydraulic cylinder for slide-out room assemblies requiring a 30" stroke. The slide cylinder is the primary actuator that extends and retracts the slide room — when the cylinder seals fail, it can cause the room to move slowly, drift inward while parked, fail to fully extend or retract, or lose holding force under load.
The 1762 uses a current 1-3/8" bore, updated from the original 1-1/8" bore cylinder it replaces. The larger bore provides improved hydraulic force. Measure the stroke of your existing cylinder carefully before ordering, as EQ Systems slide cylinders are available in multiple stroke lengths throughout the 1-3/8" bore series.
The 1762 is for slide-out rooms requiring a 30" stroke. EQ Systems slide cylinders are available in multiple stroke lengths — ordering the wrong stroke will result in a cylinder that does not match your slide room travel. Measure the stroke of your existing cylinder (fully retracted to fully extended) before ordering, or refer to the Slide Cylinder Identification Chart available through EQ Systems service and support documentation.
The 1762 has a current bore of 1-3/8", replacing the original 1-1/8" bore cylinder used on earlier installations. This is a direct replacement — no modifications are required when replacing an original 1-1/8" bore cylinder with the 1762.
