The EQ Systems 2227 is the OEM replacement hydraulic cylinder for Four Winds bed slide-out assemblies. This is an application-specific cylinder used exclusively on Four Winds coaches for bed slides — it is not a general-purpose slide cylinder and is not interchangeable with the standard 1-3/8" bore EQ Systems slide cylinder series.
The 2227 retains the original 1-1/8" bore and features a unique cap end port configuration: the hydraulic port is located at the end of the cylinder body (the cap end), rather than on the side as found on standard slide cylinders. This design was specific to the Four Winds bed slide installation and must be matched exactly when ordering a replacement.
The 2227 was used exclusively on Four Winds bed slides. It is not interchangeable with standard EQ Systems 1-3/8" bore slide cylinders or any other slide cylinder in the lineup.
