How to clean your enameled cast iron cookware:
Step 1: Let your cookware cool down.
Step 2: Enameled cast iron is dishwasher safe, however, hand washing with warm water and soap and a nylon scrub brush is recommended to maintain your cookware's new appearance. Citrus juices and citrus-based cleaners should not be used, because these can dull the exterior gloss.
Step 3: Use nylon pads or a scraper to scrape off any stubborn, burnt on food. Do not use metal pads or utensils, as these can scratch or chip the cookware.
Step 4: Dry thoroughly, then store in a cool, dry place. Do not stack cookware.
