How to use: To use this compressor, simply attach the heavy-duty battery clamps to the RV’s battery and start the engine. Connect the tire chuck to a tire valve stem and turn the unit on. The 400P-RVS Automatic comes with a close-ended gas station-style air gun for added convenience and contains the automatic shut-off function of a larger powerful portable tire inflator. Each tire inflator comes equipped with hoses long enough to reach your RV tires, a convenient carry bag, and all necessary components.
Portable compressors with automatic shutoff provide an auto stop/start function similar to newer vehicles turn off when at a stop. This feature comes into play when moving from tire to tire, and when checking tire pressure in the middle of a tire fill. A typical portable compressor must be turned off between tire fills, and anytime you want to check tire pressure. If you aren’t near the compressor, this can turn into going back and forth from the tire to the portable compressor to turn the unit on and off. Automatic portables will save you time & effort to get tires inflated quickly.
